Just got through watching this, and it might actually have some relevance to some.
On the other hand, I rather WANT to have my leaders to be smarter than me. I don't want to get the sense of "I could do better than that."

Apparently the R's are only going to grant interviews with Palin to those who promise to be "deferential" to her. This is not the media's role, no matter how much you try to buy them off. Like it or not, she is the story, including a church sequence that makes Jeremiah Wright look tame. I mean, saying that the Grand Poobah of the Universe set to this nation the task of the Iraq War is actually nothing new (unfortunately). But It wants a specific natural gas pipeline built... from Alaska to mid-Alberta where the only connection is to the oil-sand operation in northeast Alberta rather than sending it into the lower 48 for direct use? Ummm... why? Does GPoU own stock in the oil companies or something? And she said this in front of her home congregation in Wasilla. Recently.
